There are no monthly or annual charges — just one payment that secures the lowest rates available. After launch, the initiation fee increases to $250 and will continue to rise as demand grows.

Members pay $85 per night instead of $135, and $65 for shuttle service instead of $120. Most families see their $50 fee pay for itself in a single stay, with every visit after that extending the savings.
